What are the shipping costs for sending products throughout New Zealand and overseas?
Here are our rates for shipping products (excluding Corporate Cards):
- Zone A - NZ - $6.00
- Zone B - Australia - $25.00
- Zone C - Rest of world - $75.00
Shipping for Zone A is inclusive of GST.
Can I change my order after it has been submitted?
Yes you can, but please be quick. Email us at info@savethechildren.org.nz and we’ll change your order. Or call us on 0800 167 168. You can only cancel an order before it has been sent.

What do I do if I've placed a duplicate order?
If you order twice by mistake, email us at info@savethechildren.org.nz or call 0800 167 168. You’ll need to tell us the reference number of the item you want cancelled. They will cancel the order and refund any money you've paid. You can only cancel an order before it has been sent.
Why didn't I receive an email confirming my order?
We always send a confirmation email but sometimes they don’t get through because you have exceeded your email quota or because the message has been spam filtered. Or it may be because you entered your email address wrongly when you registered it with us.
What should I do if some of my order is missing?
There can be a several reasons why you may receive your order with some items missing. It might be that:
- your order has been sent out in more than one package and you haven't received them all yet
- the items you ordered were unavailable and so we have refunded you for the item
- we have made a simple mistake while picking your order.

What should I do if I receive the wrong goods?
If the goods you receive are not the ones you ordered you should email us at info@savethechildren.org.nz or call us on 0800 167 168. We’ll arrange for replacements to be sent out to you.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Most orders are dispatched within one to five working days and take one or two days to be delivered within New Zealand. For overseas deliveries please check with NZ Post.
What should I do if I have problems placing my order?

How will I know when my order has been shipped?
Once your order has been shipped you’ll get an email letting you know.
How can I pay for my order?
We accept payment by all major credit cards, cheque and cash. If you would like to pay with cheque or cash please send payment together with a gift description, invoicing and delivery address. You can also include a personal message that you would like us to write on the card, or we can leave it blank.
When am I charged for my order?
All credit card transactions are debited at the time you submit your order.
Do you share my personal information with anyone else?
We’ll never share your personal information with anyone else except when it is required by law. We do not allow third parties access to our customer list.
How can I make a donation to Save the Children?

Is shopping online safe and secure?
Generally it is just as safe to order online as it is to pay using your credit card or debit card in a shop. This site uses a Thawte Security Certificate, which guarantees that we are who we say we are.
